Delivery Agent Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver goods and packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Plan delivery routes and ensure optimal use of time and resources.
  • Safely operate delivery vehicles and adhere to traffic rules and regulations.
  • Load and unload items from the delivery vehicle, ensuring proper handling and care.
  • Verify the accuracy of delivery orders and cross-check them with customer invoices.

  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle, performing regular maintenance checks.

  • Collaborate with warehouse staff and other team members to ensure smooth delivery operations.
  • Comply with all safety procedures and protocols to minimize accidents and injuries.
