Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Coffee Maker (Barista) to prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. The ideal candidate should have experience in operating coffee machines, knowledge of various coffee blends, and excellent customer service skills.
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks (e.g., espresso, cappuccino, latte) following standard recipes.
- Operate and maintain coffee-making equipment, including espresso machines and grinders.
- Ensure proper brewing techniques and maintain the quality and consistency of beverages.
- Take customer orders, handle payments, and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following health and safety regulations.
- Restock coffee supplies and ingredients as needed.
- Suggest and promote specialty drinks or seasonal offerings.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
