Aircraft Cleaner Job Description:
The Aircraft Cleaner is responsible for the detailed cleaning and sanitation of the aircraft interior and exterior to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for passengers and crew. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, adherence to safety and hygiene standards, and the ability to work efficiently under time constraints.

Aircraft Cleaner Job Responsibilities:
Interior Cleaning:
Vacuum and shampoo carpets and upholstery.
Clean and polish seats, seatback pockets, tray tables, windows, and overhead bins.
Clean lavatories, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and restocking supplies.
Wipe down and disinfect all surfaces, including armrests, tray tables, and control panels.
Empty and clean trash receptacles and replace liners.
Ensure all seatbelts are properly positioned and seat pockets are organized.
Exterior Cleaning:
Wash and polish the aircraft exterior, including fuselage, wings, and tail.
Remove dirt, grease, and other contaminants from the exterior surfaces.
Safety and Compliance:
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure personal and passenger safety.
Adhere to airline and regulatory cleanliness standards and protocols.
Properly handle and dispose of cleaning chemicals and waste.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other team members to complete tasks efficiently and on time.
Communicate any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and inventory of supplies.
Report any damage or irregularities found during cleaning to the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar cleaning or maintenance role, preferably in the aviation industry.
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary airport security clearance.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift heavy objects, and work in confined spaces.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
