Job Duties:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming as required.
- Mix paints, coatings, and other materials to achieve the desired color and texture.
- Operate spray-painting equipment and tools to apply coatings to surfaces such as metal, wood, plastic, or other materials.
- Ensure proper application techniques to achieve a smooth, even, and durable finish.
- Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality standards and client specifications.
- Maintain and clean spray-painting tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure proper operation and a safe working environment.
- Adhere to safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ventilation systems.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and production goals.
- Keep inventory of painting materials and request supplies as needed.
