Biryani Maker & Manager Job Description:

As a Biryani Maker & Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire process of biryani preparation and ensuring its quality, taste, and consistency. This role involves both culinary expertise and managerial skills to efficiently operate and manage a biryani kitchen.

Biryani Maker & Manager Job Responsibilities:

Biryani Preparation:

Prepare various types of biryani dishes according to established recipes, ensuring authenticity and consistency in taste.

Monitor and manage the quality of ingredients, ensuring freshness and adherence to hygiene standards.

Adjust recipes and cooking techniques as necessary to achieve desired taste and texture.

Kitchen Management:

Supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, assistants, and cleaners, assigning tasks and ensuring smooth operations.

Maintain inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed to avoid shortages.

Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, conducting regular inspections and training staff on proper procedures.

Quality Control:

Conduct taste tests and visual inspections of biryani dishes to ensure they meet quality standards before serving.

Address customer feedback and complaints promptly, taking corrective action to resolve issues and improve satisfaction.

Menu Development:

Collaborate with management to develop new biryani recipes and menu items, considering customer preferences and market trends.

Experiment with different ingredients and flavors to create innovative and appealing biryani variations.

Customer Service:

Interact with customers to understand their preferences and provide recommendations on biryani dishes.

Qualifications:

Education and Training:
